This service is a mentoring and support service for owner managers of businesses who appreciate the need for external advice and expertise, from experienced and well trained advisors providing solid, up-to-date and independent advice.
Our own research and experience has identified a growing need for regular meetings and visits to help owner managers identify issues and provide support and discipline to the management without the need to incur high cost.
Each client’s needs are assessed via an initial visit of up to half a day, key issues and problems are identified which need to be addressed and an action plan prepared. This in itself is seen as a major step forward to managing the business.
